Randy Hub Privacy Policy

Randy Hub helps family members and trusted caregivers organize appointments, plans, medication information, reminders, and messages.

Information we handle

Account information includes your email address, display name, account identifier, and household membership. Password authentication is handled through Supabase.

Shared household information may include appointment details, contact names and phone numbers, starting and destination addresses, family notes, medication names, doses, schedules, purposes, and verification details.

When you paste selected text from an email, text message, or voicemail transcript into the family inbox, that text and any sender information you provide are stored with its review status.

The manual bills checklist stores bill names, due days, recorded autopay settings, notes, and review status. Randy Hub does not connect to banks or process payments.

The app stores a local copy of its information and sign-in session on your device. Medication-taken checkmarks in version 1.3 are stored locally. Cloud reminders use a notification token, timezone, account and household identifiers, and reminder-delivery records.

How information is used and shared

Information supports sign-in, household collaboration, and reminders. Supabase provides authentication and cloud data storage. Expo and Apple provide remote notification delivery.

Notification content can include appointment titles, times, reminder notes, and destination addresses. Depending on your iPhone settings, notifications may appear on your lock screen.

Shared information is available to authorized household members according to their access permissions. Service administrators may access information as needed to operate or support the service.

The reviewed version contains no advertising, advertising tracking, data-broker integration, or third-party AI processing. Household information is not used for advertising or sold.

Apple services and permissions

Notifications require your permission. Opening directions sends the selected address to Apple Maps.

Contact and assistance features open Apple Messages, Phone, or Apple’s screen-sharing controls. Information you choose to share through those services is handled by Apple and the recipients you select.

Location sharing is managed separately through Apple Find My. Randy Hub does not collect live GPS location or screen recordings.

Randy Hub does not automatically read your email, text messages, voicemail audio, bank accounts, or MyChart records. Version 1.3.1 accepts pasted inbox text and does not upload audio, screenshots, or other attachments.

Storage and your choices

Shared records remain in the service until removed through available controls or an authorized deletion process. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete cloud information.

You can choose what to share, manage notifications in iPhone Settings, and edit or remove records where your household permissions allow.

For questions about access, corrections, account deletion, or personal-data deletion, contact randallhenry@me.com. Please do not email passwords, bank account numbers, or private medical documents.

 To delete your account, open Help → Delete my account, enter your password, and confirm. This permanently removes your sign-in, household membership, device registrations, invitations, and messages, notes, and plans you submitted. Other family members’ accounts and shared records may remain. An empty household is deleted. 

Security

Randy Hub uses account authentication and household access controls. No electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee complete security.

Children

Randy Hub is intended for adults and trusted family caregivers and is not directed to children under 13.
