Signing in
Use the email associated with your family household invitation. Contact support if you cannot sign in or access your household.

Reminders
Check Settings → Notifications → Randy Hub and allow the alerts you want. Focus settings may silence notifications. Open Randy Hub to refresh its local reminders. Cloud reminders also depend on service availability.

Family inbox
Paste selected text from a message, email, or voicemail transcript into the shared inbox. Text Randall opens Apple Messages. Version 1.3 does not include direct audio or screenshot uploads into Randy Hub.

Medication information
Verify medication names, doses, and schedules against the current prescription and actual bottle. Randy Hub is an organizational aid and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.

Bills checklist
Bill due dates and autopay settings are entered manually by family members. Randy Hub does not access bank accounts, make payments, or confirm that payments cleared.

Directions, location, and phone assistance
These features open Apple Maps, Find My, Messages, or Apple’s call controls. Sharing and permissions are managed through those services.

Privacy and account deletion
For privacy questions, corrections, or requests to delete your account or personal information, email randallhenry@me.com. Signing out or uninstalling Randy Hub does not delete cloud information.
